CORE AGENCY PARTNERS
Santa Rosa Kids' House is responsible for coordinating agency partners and implementing of the
Child Advocacy Center service model for child abuse. The following agency partners are housed at our facility:
Florida Department of Children and Families
Ensures timely investigation and safety planning for alleged victims of child abuse and neglect.
Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office
Provides criminal investigation of alleged child abuse and neglect.
Florida Attorney General's Child Predator CyberCrime Unit
Specialized unit that targets the prosecution of child predators; the production, distribution and possession of child pornography; the sexual exploitation of children by electronic media; and providing services to victims of these crimes and providing training to students and adults on internet safety.
Families Count, Child Protection Team
Provide comprehensive multidisciplinary assessment activities critical in identifying and evaluating child abuse, abandonment, and neglect, in recommending effective interventions and treatments, and in securing successful long-term outcomes for children and families.
State Attorney’s Office
Provides criminal prosecution of alleged physical and sexual abuse offenders who have victimized children.
Lutheran Services Florida, Sexual/Physical Abuse Treatment Program
Provides specialized mental health treatment and trauma recovery for child abuse victims and their non-offending family members.
Guardian ad Litem Program
Provides court appointed special advocacy on behalf of children involved in the dependency court system.
